Standard « gite « terms:

Standard weekly letting period 4pm Saturday to 10am following Saturday

	All heating and electric charges are included in our tariffs.
	Bed linen and towels not provided as standard. Available for supplementary fee. See Gite Plus details below.
	Sorry, due to other animals we are unable to accept pets

	All heating, water and electric charges are included in our tariffs. Be aware that this is not the case with many gites
	Weekend breaks are allowed for at certain periods.
	Standard weekend: arrival Friday evening, departure Sunday (2 nights)
	Three-night weekends: add 20% to the applicable two-night weekend tariff.

SUPPLEMENT "GITE PLUS"

Bed linen, Towels, Household Maintenance Kit (basic cleaning products, washing powder,
toilet paper): €42 for up to 4 people

SUPPLEMENT "Weekend Detente

To allow you to make the most of your short break, this supplement includes all the above features of Gite Plus, plus end-of-stay cleaning, and basic kitchen supplies. €69

End of Stay Cleaning Charge : If the gîte is not handed back in the state of cleanliness
in which it was let, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of € 24

To Reserve Online

	Click on the following link Reserve Online!
	A new window will open, on the website of Gites de France.
	On the left of the screen, highlight "Choose accommodation" then, in the next column, click "Self catering gite"
	On the Next screen, in the bottom field, enter the gite reference, 392
	Click the Confirm button.
	On our gite's page, in the 'orange' column, you will see a link "To book online". Click this.
	Specify your desired arrival date, and duration of stay. (Please note the conditions stated on our gite's description page, and summarised on your active screen, e.g. midweek stays are Mon-Fri, but are not possible in High Season)
	Confirm your personal and payment details. N.B. This screen is encrypted for your security.
	A deposit will be taken from your credit card and you will receive a contract.
